Bamidele Ayemibo, the “Export King” as he is fondly called is an internationally recognized Business Consultant and Marketing Expert. He is the Lead consultant at 3T Impex trade Consulting Limited. He is also a Trade Consultant with numerous trade certifications. He is the first Certified Specialist in Demand Guarantee in Nigeria and among the first ten in Africa. He holds a Master’s in International Business with Law from SalfordUniversity, Manchester, United Kingdom and Ph.D. in International Business Marketing with the LIGS University, Hawaii, United States of America. He conceived, designed and facilitated the training of the First Export Diploma Programme and Six Trade Professional Development Programmes in Africa in conjunction with the American Institute of Extended Studies.
Bamidele is a member of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Working Group (WG) on Trade Digitalization and Blockchain in the world, as part of the ICC Commission on Customs and Trade Facilitation. He is a facilitator at the Lagos Business School, a member of the Board of Trustee and Executive Council of Networkof Non-Oil Exporter of Nigeria, the former Chairman, Export Group at the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Publisher of Export Digest- A Weekly Newsletter. He is also an online TV host of the foremost tradeprogramme- Import-Export Platform on Zoom and Facebook every Thursday by 5pm and the author of five trade books: Export Business Made Easy, Import Business Made Easy, Demand Guarantee Made Easy, Standby Letter of Credit Made Easy, A-Z of Export Business Financing and recently Built To Go Global.
He is the first Certified Specialist in Demand Guarantee (CSDG) in Nigeria and among the first 10 in Africa and he trained more than 70% of the currently certified trade finance specialists in Nigeria. He set up the foremost trade consulting company in Nigeria and has a very rare combination of expertise in international trade finance, traderules, banking background and trade execution experience.
His firm can best be described as a premier trade consulting company in Nigeria with many other FIRST. His firm is the first to run a successful Export Mentoring Programme with over 100 companies registered. His firm is also the first and only firm in Nigeria that has got 12 of its international trade training courses approved by the London Institute of Banking & Finance for the recertification of trade experts in Nigeria. He started the first international trade center in Nigeria where bankers, importers and exporters come for open training programmes and tutorials on different trade finance examination.Since inception, his companies (3T Impex Consulting Limited and 3T Impex Trade Academy) have trained over 10,000 bankers, over 5,000 importers and over 20,000 intending and existing exporters. He believes in the power of trade as a tool that can be used to reduce poverty, hunger and inequalities in Africa that has made him to regularly facilitate free seminars online every week on Thursday by 5pm to educate the business community in Nigeriaand Africa on how to take advantage of the Africa Continental Free Trade Agreement (AfCFTA).
He is an avid blogger who regularly posts export related information on www.tradeinfong.com. He regularly facilitates international trade and finance for Citibank, Fidelity Bank, Central Bank of Nigeria, First Bank Plc, FCMB,Fidelity Bank, Sterling Bank, Heritage Bank, Jaiz Bank, Wema Bank, Providus Bank, Polaris Bank and Ecobank to mention a few.
He is a business development consultant, and he has trained thousands of SMEs and employees that are planning for entrepreneurship as a retirement plan. As a business mentor and coach, he has mentored many entrepreneurs and guides them from the level of conception of business ideas to the manifestation of the business in the marketplace. He is a business mentor on the Tony Elumelu Foundation and also a mentor on theUKAID/PDF Export Mentoring Programme.

Bamidele interest is to see young people (particularly young graduates) live a more intentional and meaningful life through living by designing not by default has made him to start life calling and career clinic about 4 years ago.His vision for this programme is to develop an army of young professionals who are spiritually sound, secured financially, secularly relevant and socially impactful. In order to achieve these objectives, he regularly meets young graduates and undergraduates in Akoka area every week (this became daily and done online since last year because of the pandemic) to install in them values that will make them to discover themselves, develop themselves and deploy themselves to bless the world.
His desire is to see every teenager achieve their highest potential in life has made him set up a youth leadership club about 6years ago. Through this initiative, he has been able to give scholarships to hundreds of teenagers in slum areas of Akoka, Nigeria in the last 6 years. He conducts a scholarship test for the children and selects the best twenty to be given the scholarship at the beginning of every session. He meets them every month to teach them how to become great and live a meaningful and impactful life on earth.

He is happily married to a queen, Adekemi Ayemibo and they have a son Modesireoluwa Samuel Ayemibo.
